His favorite memory as a player was getting the win against an undefeated UCLA team in 2020. While in Santa Barbara, Conner taught pitching to players of all ages, ranging from little league to high school. As an instructor, Conner focuses on the pitcher’s biomechanical chain to create more power with less stress on the arm. He excels in pitch development that best suits the student’s throwing style. Finally, he helps his pitchers develop their mental strength and confidence so they are ready to pitch in the most difficult of situations. While attending UC Santa Barbara, Conner earned his degree in Environmental Science, while also receiving certificates in Personal Training and Sports Management. He is pursuing a career in physical therapy and hopes to work with athletes in recovering from injuries.
