Tom Rosemeyer
Tom Rosemeyer – MMB School Lead Instructor
Tommy has been an instructor with MMB since 2009. He played at for Acalanes High School, Sierra College, and Los Medanos College. In 2008 he became the head pitching coach for the College of the Siskiyous. Tom’s pitching knowledge and ability to get the most out of his pitchers is unmatched. His no-nonsense approach along with his broad knowledge of the game is second to none in the Bay Area.
Chris Debiasi
Chris Debiasi – Hitting, Fielding
An MMB student member since 2002 and instructor since 2006. Chris was a two-sport athlete at Concord High and two sports athlete at Los Medanos College before earning a baseball scholarship to Patten University. Chris began playing professional baseball in 2008. He played under and learned from ex-major league players Gary Templeton, Cory Snyder, Mike Marshall, and Albie Lopez. Chris earned three All-Star appearances, a league Gold Glove award, a team Gold Glove award, and a Fan Favorite award. Chris teaches hitting, base running and fielding.
Kristina Thorson - Girls Fastpitch
Kristina graduated from Shorecrest High School in 2002, where she played softball and performed in the Wind Ensemble and Marching Band. After graduating, she moved to Berkeley to play for Cal’s perennially ranked softball team. She appeared in 3 WCWS tournaments, as well as 2 National
Championship games. In 2006, after graduating with a degree in Public Health – Infectious Diseases, Kristina started doing pitching lessons in the off season while she played professional softball. During her 6 years in the NPF, she played for the Philadelphia Force, Chicago Bandits, and Akron Racers. MMB took her on as the fastpitch pitching instructor in 2007.

Joey Daini
Joey Daini – Hitting & Fielding
Played varsity baseball at Benicia high school for 3 years and graduated in 2018. After high school I went on to play at Sacramento City College for two years. After a good career at Sacramento City College I earned a division 1 scholarship to play at Cal State Northridge where I played for 1 year. Currently finishing my bachelor degree in Communications.
Gabriel Rojas
Gabriel Rojas, a San Francisco native, currently serves as Assistant Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at San Joaquin Delta College.
Rojas began his coaching career shortly after earning his degree at Simpson University and has quickly built a reputation as a development-focused coach. He previously coached with the NorCal Nationals Baseball Academy and served as Pitching Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Contra Costa College, where he led significant improvements in team pitching performance and helped rebuild the roster. During the summer between seasons, he also contributed to player development and operations with the Alameda Anchors (25) and Walnut Creek Crawdads (26).
As a player, Rojas competed at Butte College, Lassen Community College, and Simpson University. He also trained at Advanced Therapy and Performance in Connecticut, gaining advanced knowledge in strength development and performance training. He later pitched professionally in the Pecos League, earning All-Star honors in 2024.
Rojas holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and applies his background in kinesiology, motor learning, and performance optimization to develop adaptable, high-performing pitchers.
